Payson Hiking: Peach Orchard Loop Trail

Hike Peach Orchard Loop Trail
The Peach Orchard Loop is a great quick & moderate trail that provides excellent views of Green Valley Lake, surrounding neighborhoods and the Mazatzal Mountains. ¾ of the way on the north section of the Peach Loop Trail, expect strenuous hiking conditions on a very steep graded hill that is used annually for the Payson 24‐ Hour Mountain Bike Race.

How to Get There:
From 87 N (Beeline Highway):
Turn left (west) on Main Street, which is the second light from the south when you enter Payson Town limits
Head 1.7 miles west until you see the Payson Golf Course Clubhouse on right
Turn immediately to your left into the public access into the Peach Orchard Trailhead. You will pass through
two front yards, but it is official public access. Please open and shut the gate behind you and read the
Trailhead information. Parking is available on USFS undeveloped land on the south side of the gate.
